Sakine om Medelklassvänstern
2013-05-11, 11:44

Don’t just ask the ”remaining teachers” – ask the teachers we want to have fo our children
2013-05-10, 22:34
Good that the Swedish-school-discussion goes on (eg SvD , DN), but … … it seems like ”only the current” teachers are asked … … and ”how to save the students who are in school right now? My gess is that ”Farbror Blå” was a great teacher. Order when studing, the students could be sure he wanted only the best for them, and every now and they he could iven join in playing. My view is, might be over-pessimistic, but still: Isn’t it so that ...

Teach for Sweden
2013-05-03, 20:54
I learned about Teach for Sweden on the Swedish public service TV News today. They brought up the problem we have to attract teachers for mathematic, chemistry and so on. I have not taken the time to look into what they already plan or which ideas they have, the purpose of this blogpost is instead just to provide my spontanious questions, until I have looked further into this subject. So, how do they consider the following: Higher degree of remote teaching (e-learning), including new ways and t ...

Pre-requisites for continous re-prioritization, IRL continues
2013-04-20, 20:57
Hi again. Ok, I like writing articles, but writing about my life this much each day. No. But isn’t it so that is is lots and lots of persons doing that today. Wow. So, the bills handled and saleries paied. All tha papers related even sorted in there right folder. And we talk IRL folder. Not a folder on the web. All smiles, because because the ruitines now start to be implemented = me implementing my own invented ruitnes on myself … starts to pay off And, this week: First week the d ...

Oz the Great and Powerful, and continue on my IRL
2013-04-20, 19:35
I found the carrot juice in the refrigerator, so drank too much of that before the sushi and had sushi without drinking. Red-wine and sushi did not sound like a too good combination anyway. And my partner just told me that Hancock is on TV 21.30 this evening. Perfect! And with a little wine. Unfortunately he will most probably not be able to see the film through, as he has a long and early driving to do Sunday morning. So, continuing my prioritization of the day. Now I allow myself to write one ...

buy-ology IRL
2013-04-20, 18:21
Continuing to refer to today’s own experiences and choises, in relation to some theories. This time in relation to this about buying criteria. I quite recently read the book buy-ology, so this is also refering to it’s theories. Isn’t it so that our buying criteria get more and more complex, the further up the Maslow pyramid we climb. And for Swedish people like me, living in the top-right-corner country on the World Value Map. And now the connection to this about time. Because, ...

My ”time-theory” tested IRL
2013-04-20, 14:19
Wow, what a week! And a prouf of the benefit of saving some energy for un-expected occurances, opportunities as well the need to handle disasters. Which is so strongly related to prioritization of your time. You who follow me on Facebook could see that I wrote ”:-) ” I did not write why, but I was just very please with my life. My loved ones seams to enjoy life, I have come to a more ”rutine phase” with the company even if this about ending this years book is new to me ...

Jag står bakom varje ord i Gulans artikel
2013-04-20, 11:03

Ones tetris-life
2013-04-14, 00:32
Firstly, I should probably not refer to Tetris, because I hardly ever played it and it was about 25 years ago. So I might very well not have the same associations as you. Anyway, what I wanted to write a few lines about is that one way of seeing ones life is to see that you have these ”piles”: The ”must do blocks” – to not increase the risk too much The ” good to do short-term blocks, which if un-done will make your long-term life tougher” – decre ...

Målet bör vara att undvika folkomröstningar
2013-04-05, 09:45

School vs reality
2013-04-03, 08:04
Some grown-up and children still get this, but way too many grown up skip or fail to communicate the following. And I would even say that this is one of India, China and Africa’s major advantages compared to ”us”. But I would not mind beeing wrong here And by the way, if Stefan Löfven’s shall go for ”the school and work appraoch” Bill Gate’s approach would most definitly be a boost. But I am pritty sure he will not, and I don’t want him to rule u ...

Gulag – A History, by Anne Appelbaum
2013-04-01, 14:38
Finally I have read through the whole of Anne Appelbaum’s Gulag. I have commented on it during my way. And it should definitely be a Must read, for everyone. Especially as we apparently have not learned, for example thinking of the camps in North Korea and don’t even want to think any further with the risk to having other similar camps visualizing in my head. So, what is my most remaining impression? That of the human behaviour! I am also very impressed how Anne has succeeded in wri ...

Definitly agree with Bahareh Andersson!
2013-03-31, 21:59
Just must say: I definitly agree with Bahareh Andersson (Newsmill), the majority of swedish are not equaly affected by rasism. Talking about spitting the ones truly affected just right in their faces!!! This talk about equality definitly back-fire sometimes! And what I agree with is that all the persons affected by violency-allowed-because-of-honour are definitly more affected then the ones who doesn’t risk their lifes by just wanting and trying to live the lifes you and I so take for gran ...

Risktaker in time?
2013-03-31, 20:44
Are you a risk taker in time or money? Or both or none? And, maybe the even more interesting and more challenging question: Do you mainly risk your own time or money, or others? I guess I here must comment on the: ”Time is money” No doubt it is so, but still, when it comes to your own time the day only has 24 hours. And in this article I focus on our own hours. And therefore, with risk, I mean the risk you take in the number of minutes you spare each day for unexpected events. Or, mo ...

The Grand Design by Stephen Hawking & Leonard Mlodinow
2013-03-29, 10:59
I truly enjoy reading books by Stephen Hawking. Only read two, but anyway, they have the same tone of voice. The easiness to explain these complex things, and adding some fun remarkes every here and there Relaxing! Now I read The Grand Design. Not to say that I am able to explain the Grand Design for others. But is that necessary? Isn’t it a good enought reason to read a sience book, just for enjoing the time reading it, without any major aspirations on actually be able to pass a test a ...

buy-ology Truth and Lies About Why We Buy, by Martin Lindstrom
2013-03-29, 10:36
It is very interesting to jump into disciplines you have not visited for a while, giving you much more of an outside-in perspective. This time I have read buy-ology, and my first and strongest relefection where: Is it truly that many out there still beliving we human are rational? Still beliving we even know why we do things or how we will act? But I guess we are quite a number who, regardless of that insight, still wants the world to be more rational. We want to understand, we want to predict, ...
